I'm upset with KY at the moment and this just gives me that much more evidence in determining that KY is in many regards backwards. I'm upset the cigarette tax didn't go through, and also, because the casinos weren't allowed admittance to the trailer park capital of the world. I'm sorry Mississippi I know how much you covet that title, but I think I'll borrow it for a bit. There are rumors that the tow booths may be put back in to use. What the hell is that?
